Vlad Mihaescu spoke at the Ontario Bar Association's Cannabis Law Primer on June 10, 2020.

Since October 2018, a new regime governing the recreational production, sale, use and possession of cannabis started coming into effect across Canada.

This session was a great learning opportunity for lawyers of all experience levels who already practice cannabis law and were looking to expand their knowledge base, as well as those outside of this practice area who are interested in the subject matter.
