Vlad is an associate in the Corporate/Commercial and Cannabis Law Groups. He provides counsel on a wide range of corporate law matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions of businesses.
Vlad works closely with clients at each stage of a transaction, from collaborating with clients at the outset in negotiating the terms of a deal to closing the transaction. Vlad also advises clients on commercial and business law matters relating to the day-to-day activities of their businesses.
