Taryn is an associate in our Corporate/Commercial Group. Taryn is building her corporate practice with an emphasis on representing clients on the purchase and sale of businesses of all different sizes, both public and private, and across all different industries. She works closely with clients at each stage of the transaction, from collaborating with clients at the outset of negotiating the terms of a deal to advising clients on closing the transaction. She frequently represents owner-operators on the disposition of their businesses and private equity funds on acquisition and exit transactions. Taryn also advises clients on general commercial and business law matters related to the day-to-day activities of their businesses.
