Canadian Government Releases Draft Regulations on Cannabis Edibles, Concentrates and Topicals

Yesterday the Government of Canada unveiled its draft regulations pertaining to the legalization of cannabis edibles, concentrates and topicals.  A complete copy of the release and the full text of the regulations can be found here.

The Government will be accepting feedback on the proposed regulations between December 20, 2018 and February 20, 2019.  Details of how to participate in the feedback process can be found at the government's website.

A detailed breakdown of the proposed regulations will be provided by the Cannabis Law Group at Torkin Manes LLP in the coming weeks.  Keep checking back here for further details and analysis.
